Fris in the Forrest

Fris in the Forrest happens 5-6:30pm at Berkshire Oval in Glen Forrest, and costs a whopping $2. Join our Facebook Page here.

We recommend participants be 16+ years old (and those 16-18 require parental supervision) for safety reasons. All you need is a black or white shirt and a water bottle! There are lights and change rooms. We break into teams on the day, and you can simply join in if you arrive late. We’re pretty casual, but if you want to read up on the rules click here.
